10oz Bourbon-Barrel Aged Guatemala Dark Roast

A special version of our Guatemala Waykan dark roast coffee.  Before roasting, the coffee spends some time inside an oak barrel previously used for aging bourbon, just soaking up all the goodness.  During this time the coffee is carefully monitored and rotated every day.  The result is a delicious coffee with the chocolatiness of our Guatemala, a boozy caramely bourbon note, and a little oak from the barrel itself.  Yum!
