From 2–4 months, the coffee continues to offer excellent quality with a well-balanced flavor profile, though some of the more delicate aromas may begin to mellow.

Between 4–6 months, the coffee remains very enjoyable and will still provide a great cup. While there may be a slight reduction in brightness and complexity, most guests will continue to appreciate its quality.
