Shipping Policy

At Table Rock Coffee Roasters, we work hard to get your order packed, freshly roasted, and shipped as quickly as possible.

Because we are a small, family-run business and many of our products are roasted fresh or made in small batches, shipping timelines may vary slightly.

Processing Times

We typically process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, though during busy seasons, promotions, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Fresh roasted coffee, handmade products, and specialty items may occasionally require additional preparation time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers through Pirate Ship, including USPS and UPS depending on the order size, destination, and shipping option selected.

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses are outside of our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Table Rock Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help before the package ships.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to help when reasonable.


Local Pickup (Offered)

Select products or promotions may be available for local pickup at participating Table Rock Coffee Roasters locations.

Pickup timing and availability may vary.
