Special Note: Approximately 800 coffee producers from Edido redion deliver ripe cherries to Wonberta's Edido washing station where the cherries are sorted and dried on raised beds. Cherries are regulary turned every 2 to 3 hours in the first few days to promote even drying. It takes about five to six weeks for the
cherries to fully dry. The dried cherries are then hulled and stored in the high altitude and cool temperature washing station.

I must admit, I enjoy GOOD coffee beans. I have to give a SOLID shout out to Table Rock Coffee Roasters. I was in the area a few weeks ago and I had to stop by again and buy a few bags of coffee while I was there. I had tried there beans before and LOVED them. I'm slightly upset with myself...I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT MORE! A must try if in the Ozarks and you enjoy great quality, perfectly roasted coffee beans.

Another absolute WIN for TRCR. The only reason I am eager to finish this bag is so that I can get another!
