TRCRU Community Class: Coffee 102 – Origins and Processes
Join us for our February TRCRU Community Class, a monthly in-person learning series held every second Thursday of each month at our Hollister location.
This one-hour class is designed to be approachable, informative, and hands-on perfect for coffee lovers of all experience levels.
What You’ll Learn
In Coffee 102, we’ll cover:
- How coffee is processed. What is washed coffee? Aren't they all washed?
- Different varietals
- Expectations from various coffees around the world
- Why elevation is important
Classes do NOT need to be taken consecutively so if you missed Coffee 101, don't worry! You can just jump right in to any class, you don't need to start with 101. Whether you’re just getting started or refining your routine, you’ll leave with practical tips you can use right away.
